Colorado's college lacrosse scene continues to grow as the sport expands at the NCAA level.</p> <h2 id="university-of-colorado-boulder">University of Colorado Boulder</h2> <p><a href="https://www.colorado.edu">CU Boulder</a> has active men's and women's <strong>club lacrosse</strong> programs that compete in the <a href="https://www.mcla.us">MCLA</a> (Men's Collegiate Lacrosse Association) and <a href="https://wcla.info">WCLA</a> (Women's Collegiate Lacrosse Association), respectively. Multiple schools in the <a href="https://www.bvsd.org">Boulder Valley School District</a> and surrounding areas field varsity and junior varsity teams.</p> <h2 id="who-its-for">Who It's For</h2> <p>Students in grades 9–12 enrolled in a CHSAA member school. Both boys and girls programs compete under CHSAA rules.</p> <h2 id="season">Season</h2> <p>CHSAA spring lacrosse runs approximately <strong>March through May</strong>, with state playoffs in May.</p>
